Welcome to Milk Thistle Farm

Welcome — and thank you for your interest in our farm. Milk Thistle Farm is an intimate, family-owned, organic dairy located in beautiful Columbia County, New York. We know each cow by name, and allow them to spend the entire growing season out in the fields, only coming into the barn to be milked.
